30-Day No-Questions-Asked Returns

We want every player to feel the difference the Mimic makes.
If you’re not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return your Mimic within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — no questions asked.

  • Returns must include all original components.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

90-Day Limited Warranty

Your Mimic is built to withstand competitive gameplay. All units are covered by a 90-day limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware failures not caused by misuse
  • Issues with the connector, housing, or internal mechanism

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by improper installation or modification
  • Damage from drops, spills, or exposure to extreme environments
  • Cosmetic scratches that do not affect function

If you experience an issue within the warranty period:

  1. Contact us at launch@modke.com with your order number.
  2. We’ll help troubleshoot and determine if a replacement or repair is appropriate.
  3. If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning or exchanging your unit.

  • Reason for return or a description of the issue
  • Photos or videos if applicable
